BUILDING ON BLISS
After several months of feeling so fluid, so amorphous that life barely held its shape, I'm coming back to earth. Making plans and building them into the fantastic forms that are the scaffolding for my upcoming retreats. I'm lucky that Nature has already been on the job for some time now, stitching the exquisite details into the backdrop for a newly conceived retreat in September. Crystal Kloof, near Hermanus is an untouched paradise of mossy forest, waterfall and mountain majesty. A company of no more than 5 participants will be heading into the wilds with me on an elemental journey- 5 days living close to the earth, with a handbuilt, off the grid, cob house as our base and the mountains to move in. Taking in fresh air and sparkling life force through yoga, pranayama and the pristine surroundings, bathing in sacred streams and the light of sun, moon and stars, and flames.
