PRIVATE RETREAT, CUSTOM DATES, 10 DAYS/ 9 NIGHTS in UBUD, BALI
The cost of this retreat includes retreat facilitation, meals/ juices/ and nutritional supplements, and 4 nights accommodation at a luxury villa, with lush private gardens and swimming pool. Bedrooms are simply and beautifully furnished, with ensuite facilities. A retreat may be booked for an individual, couple or small group (3 to 6 people). Discounted rates apply if you are sharing a room with a partner or a friend. View images of the rooms and surrounds here. Please note that due to the changing availability of our retreat venue, several different venues may be used, always of equal or better standard to those depicted.

For payments in USD and other currencies, charges associated with additional processing of international payments and currency exchange are for the senders account. We reserve the right to change the published costs without prior notice.
REGISTRATION:
To register for this retreat, you will be required to complete a health questionnaire, to determine whether you may safely undertake a fast and work with herbal medicines. We also advise you to consult your health care provider regarding this.

RESERVATIONS:
To secure the dates for this retreat, you will be required to make a 50% deposit, with payment to be received in full at least 14 days before the retreat commences.

TRANSPORT:
The cost of your retreat does not include flights or other travel to the venue. A shuttle service between Denpasar Airport and the retreat venue (+/- 40 minutes travel time) may be booked at an additional cost of ZAR500/ USD35 One Way, or ZAR1000/USD 70 Return Trip.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat will qualify for a 95% refund (5% retained for admin).
Cancellations made 21 days prior to the start date of the retreat qualify for a 75% refund of your deposit (25% retained for admin and other costs incurred).
If a cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to the start date of the retreat, your deposit will be forfeited.
If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to, or after the start date of the retreat, you forfeit your payment of the full cost of the retreat. No refunds will be given for early departure.
