PRIVATE RETREAT, CUSTOM DATES, 21 DAYS/ 20 NIGHTS in STANFORD
The cost of this retreat includes retreat facilitation, meals/ juices/ and nutritional supplements, and 20 nights accommodation at Stanford Village Retreat in either our Standard Accommodation (private room, double bed, shared ablution facilities), or the more spacious Loft Suite Accommodation, with ensuite facilities. Concordant with a retreat centre environment, these rooms are not highly luxurious, but simple, restful and beautiful. View images of the rooms and surrounds here.

Please note that the USD amount applies to all non- South African residents and includes a 25% surcharge to allow for differences in currency values. Payment discrepancies associated with minor exchange rate fluctuations are covered by this surcharge but international transfer fees are to be carried by the Sender.
REGISTRATION:
To register for this retreat, you will be required to complete a health questionnaire, to determine whether you may safely undertake a fast and work with herbal medicines. We also advise you to consult your health care provider regarding this.

RESERVATIONS:
To secure the dates for this retreat, you will be required to make a 50% deposit, with payment to be received in full at least 14 days before the retreat commences.

TRANSPORT:
The cost of your retreat does not include flights or other travel to the venue. A shuttle service between Cape Town International Airport and the retreat venue may be booked at an additional cost of 1500ZAR or 130USD One Way, or ZAR3000/ USD240 Return Trip.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat will qualify for a 95% refund (5% retained for admin).
If a cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat, your deposit will be forfeited.
If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to, or after the start date of the retreat, you forfeit your payment of the full cost of the retreat. No refunds will be given for early departure.
